Private by default. You can choose to make a request visible to relevant members if you want wider discovery. Your profile and each request have separate visibility settings. You decide what’s surfaced, to whom, and when your identity can be revealed.
How long does a match take?
It depends on how specific the request is and when a sufficiently relevant potential match becomes available. Krignal keeps searching and notifies you when one is found.
How does Krignal decide what’s a potential match?
Krignal works from the context in your Professional Relationship Map and the request itself, looking for genuine relevance on both sides. You’re only notified when Krignal identifies a sufficiently relevant potential match, and you decide whether to take it further.
Is every member reviewed?
Yes. Every member is individually reviewed before admission. No forced public profile, no public directory, no mass messaging, no ranking by spend.
Can Krignal match me around an event or trip?
Yes. Add an event, trip or date to your Professional Relationship Map and Krignal checks it against active requests on both sides, surfacing who’s worth meeting before you’re in the room. Being in the same place never creates a match on its own.
How do Credits work?
Creating and maintaining your profile is free. Credits are used for matching activity. For Individuals runs on Credits, and every member gets free Credits to start. You spend them only when you ask Krignal to work a new match request. They do not affect admission, visibility or ranking.
Does Krignal guarantee a match?
No. Krignal keeps searching and, where relevant, facilitates contact on mutual interest. What follows stays with the two people.
How do I join?
Request an invitation, come through a referral, or be invited directly. Every request is reviewed. Admission is at Krignal’s discretion, and membership cannot be bought.
